POLICIES

CHECK-IN TIME is after 2:00 P.M. and CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 A.M.  An hourly rate of $25.00 per hour will be charged if you stay after 11:00 A.M. Keys will be located in the door of room reserved.

The green key on your key chain opens the main cottage front door.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:  100% of the guest fee in advance of the arrival date.  A signed reservation is required to secure the reservation.  The entire fee will be secured on arrival against the guests credit card and will be charged on the departure date. BSB&B accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Certified checks and money orders.

CANCELLATION:  If cancellation is made 5 days before date reserved, your reservation fee will be refunded in its entirety.  NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE RESERVED DATE.

FEES are based on 2 guests per room.  Occupancy is limited to registered guests only.  Absolutely no overnight visitors are allowed without prior arrangement made in advance with BSB&B

KEYS:  Keys are to be left in the door of the guest room upon departure.  The property must be re-keyed in the event the key is lost, misplaced or not returned.  Guests will be responsible for the cost of this procedure.

DAMAGES:  We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages to the property or failure to leave your room in an orderly condition.  If it isn't broken or damaged prior to your arrival, but is after your departure, Guest(s) will be responsible for the repair or replacement.  If you choose to pay by certified check or money order, we still require a credit card number for any damages.

TELEVISION/DVD: Each room is provided with Comcast Cable and DVD player.  Games and movies are kept in the main house common area living room and kitchen.

SMOKING:  ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE MAIN HOUSE, ROOMS OR BUNGALOW.  Failure to observe this rule will result in a $200.00 cleaning fee.  If the room smells like cigarette smoke, we will assume you smoked inside of the room and a $200.00 will be charged to your credit card.  If you smoke, please do so outside and be respectful of other guests.

ALCOHOL:  By SC state law no consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of 21 is allowed.

PETS:  At this time we are not able to allow pets.

LINENS:  Each room is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and bathrobes.  All are freshly laundered prior to your arrival.   Rooms will be freshened daily (by request) between 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.

A tassle is located on the inside of the room door.  To request new towells or room freshening, hang tassle outside the room door before 11:00 AM.  A charge of $25.00 will be charged to the guests for any missing towels per towel and $100.00 for missing linens or robes.

FOOD:  Guests are asked not to bring food in the rooms.  A dining room table and porch tables are provided in the common areas.  There is a common refrigerator that can be utilized for storing food items.

CHILDREN:  Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.  No child shall be left unattended in the rooms of BSB&B.

BICYCLES:  Beach cruisers are provided for our guest on a first come first serve basis.  Any injury occurring while utilizing the beach cruisers is the Guest(s) responsibility and is of no fault of BSB&B.

BREAKFAST:  Coffee and Breakfast will be provided in the main house common area between 7:00 and 9:00 A.M.

The main house will be locked every evening at 9:00 P.M.  If you will be coming back to your room after that time, please be respectful of other guests by keeping down the noise level.
